Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Word Search Multiplayer (also known in-app as Word Search Battle) (the “app”), developed and published by Cradaptive. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

You can play without an account. Signing in with Google or Apple, or continuing as a guest, creates an account that stores your progress, your balances and what you have bought so it follows you between devices. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time from the profile screen in the app, or by emailing us. Account deletion is scheduled after a 30-day grace period, after which your data is permanently removed. For full details, see our Account Deletion page.

Coins, gems and purchases

Coins are earned in play and stay on your device. Gems are bought or earned and are held on your account. Neither is money, neither has cash value, and neither can be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts, or redeemed outside the app. We may change prices, rewards and balance at any time.

One-time purchases, such as a gem bundle or removing ads, are yours permanently and are restored when you reinstall the app or sign in on another device.

Subscriptions

The app offers an auto-renewing subscription on a weekly or a yearly plan. While a subscription is active it gives you access to hints, online matches, every collectible, every category and level, and removes ad breaks.

The price and the length of each plan are shown on the subscription screen before you buy, in your local currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that period ends.
A subscription grants access, not ownership. When it ends you keep everything you bought outright, and any coins and gems you accumulated while subscribed are still there, but the items the subscription was covering lock again.
While a subscription is active, in-app purchases are unavailable, because the subscription already covers them.

Refunds

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. Refunds are handled under their terms, through the store you bought from. If a purchase is refunded, what it granted is removed from your account.

Fair play

Do not cheat, use modified clients, automate play, exploit faults in the game, or abuse other players. We may suspend or close accounts that do, and remove balances or items obtained that way.

Availability

The app and its online features are provided as they are, without a guarantee that they will always be available or free of faults. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
