Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Word Search Multiplayer (also known in-app as Word Search Battle) collects, why, and who else is involved. The app is developed and published by Cradaptive.

What we collect

Account details. If you sign in with Google or Apple we receive an account identifier, and a display name and email address where you allow it. A guest account has an identifier and nothing else.
Game data. Your progress, level completions, coins and gems, items you own or have equipped, friends, match history and achievements.
Purchases. The store transaction identifiers for what you buy, so a purchase can be verified and restored. We never see or store your card details.
Offers. Which in-game offers you were shown, which you opened, tapped or bought, and how many ads you watched for one, so we can tell which offers are useful and limit how often each can be bought.
Support messages. Anything you send us from the support screen.
Device and usage data. Basic diagnostic and usage information, and a push notification token if you turn reminders on.

Why we use it

To run the game and keep your progress; to match you with other players; to deliver and restore what you have bought; to answer your support messages; to show ads to players who have not removed them; and to understand how the game is played so we can improve it.

Who else is involved

Google Firebase — sign-in, databases, notifications and analytics.
Google AdMob, with mediation partners AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, InMobi, Mintegral, Unity Ads and Liftoff/Vungle — advertising. These partners may use an advertising identifier to select ads. On iOS we ask before any tracking, and you can decline; declining means less relevant ads, not more ads.
Apple and Google — payment processing for purchases and subscriptions.
Incentivly — verifies that a purchase is genuine before we grant what it paid for, and attributes it. It receives the store transaction identifiers and an account identifier, not your payment details.

We do not sell your personal data.

What other players see

Your display name, avatar, player level and match results are visible to people you play with and on leaderboards. Your email address is never shown to other players.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the profile screen in the app, or by emailing us at info@wordsearchmultiplayer.app. Account deletion is scheduled after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel the deletion. After 30 days, deletion becomes permanent and removes your profile, progress, balances, and support history. Records we are required to keep, such as purchase records needed for tax and fraud purposes, are retained for as long as the law requires.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to some uses of it. Contact us and we will help. You can also turn off notifications, and personalised advertising, in your device settings.

Changes

We will update this page if what we do changes, and the date at the top will change with it.
