Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Word Search Multiplayer account, what data is removed, and what is retained. Word Search Multiplayer (also known in-app as Word Search Battle) is developed and published by Cradaptive.

How to delete your account from inside the app

You can delete your account at any time directly from the Word Search Multiplayer mobile app:

1. Open the app and go to your Profile screen.
2. Tap Settings (or look for account management options).
3. Select Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm.

Once you confirm deletion, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion by email, contact us at info@wordsearchmultiplayer.app with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Please include:

• Your account identifier or player ID (if known). You can find this on your profile screen in the app.
• The email address or sign-in method associated with your account (e.g. Google, Apple, or guest account).

We will process your request and confirm when your account has been scheduled for deletion.

30-day grace period

When you delete your account, it is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period. During this time:

• Your account is deactivated and cannot be used to play or sign in.
• You can cancel the deletion by contacting us at info@wordsearchmultiplayer.app before the 30 days are up.
• After 30 days, the deletion becomes permanent and your data cannot be recovered.

What data is deleted

When your account is permanently deleted, we remove:

• Your profile information (display name, avatar, player level).
• Your game progress, achievements, and match history.
• Your in-game balances (coins, gems, match tickets).
• Your owned items and collections (characters, boards, connectors).
• Your support messages and correspondence.
• Your account identifiers and authentication tokens (Google, Apple, or guest account data).

What data is retained

Some data is retained for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or operational purposes, as required by law:

• Purchase records. Transaction identifiers and receipts for in-app purchases and subscriptions are kept for tax compliance, refund processing, and fraud prevention. These records are retained for as long as the law requires (typically 7 years).
• Aggregated analytics. Anonymized usage and analytics data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for operational and statistical purposes.
• Abuse prevention records. If your account was suspended or flagged for violations, some records may be retained to prevent abuse and protect other players.

After deletion

Once your account is permanently deleted, you will no longer be able to access your progress, balances, or owned items. If you previously purchased a subscription or items, those cannot be restored or transferred to a new account.

If you create a new account in the future, it will start fresh with no data from your previous account.
